PiLON have recently been awarded by RHP to deliver the Kitchen and Bathroom replacements programme.
To kickstart our partnership, we organised a resident open day at RHP’s Community Café.
The Meet & Greet event was a huge success with over 50 residents attending. Our Senior Site Manager, Darius Ghergely, and Resident Liaison Officer, Chantelle Kinghorn welcomed queries raised by the residents and reassured them that concerns were addressed.
The event also created a fantastic opportunity to introduce them to our Customer Portal service, which most residents have signed up for.
We already feel many alignments to RHP values and are looking forward to starting works on-site and build the relationship further.
