Our 4-year partnership began in 2017, delivering multiple contracts in domestic properties in need of repair in the Reading area. The scope of work is vast, including major and minor refurbishments, void properties, new bathrooms and kitchens, smoke alarm installation, upgraded thermal insulation, decorations, electrical testing and repairs to communal areas and gardens. To date, we have delivered extensive roofing repairs, FRA works, widespread landscaping, and loft insulation on 600 units and electrical testing 1500+ properties. Active communication with client administrators has been key in dealing with 24/7 plumbing call outs.

In addition to the satisfactory completion of all works contracted to PiLON, our proactive approach has resulted in PiLON taking on works left by other contractors. We will always go above and beyond where necessary to assist our valued clients.
