This contract is for Electrical Inspection Condition Reports along with C1 and C2 remedial works for Clarion Housing. Our exceptional success on this project is evident through the increase of the scope of work by 500%. Initially awarded 1200 properties per year, Clarion have now contracted PiLON for 6700 tests per year for 3+2 years.

Key to our success on this project is our investment in our in-house IT department who developed a bespoke app for managing the electrical compliance works. We believe the improved communication and efficiency this has facilitated is a crucial contributor towards our no access rates dropping to just 5.7%, even throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

The works are spread over the South of England and South London including Brighton, Kent, Canterbury, and Guildford. Once we receive the list of properties, we deliver the tests in line with a programme which prioritises compliance. We have an extensive team of highly competent and motivated individuals working on this project: An Electrical Manager, Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Materials Controller, two dedicated Project Admins, Commercial Assistant, and a Divisional Manager overseeing the project. We are also happy to be working directly alongside Clarion, replacing damaged or expired fire detection equipment.
