This Voids project for the London Borough of Hillingdon, valued at £1.9m per annum commenced in April 2020 for an initial period of 3 +1 years, in 2024 we re-secured the contract for a further 5+1+1 years via a competitive tender process.

We are currently in the ninth year of our ten year contract with Southern Housing delivering their Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement programme using our direct devliery model.

In October 2020, Enfield Council appointed PiLON to deliver their Kitchen and Bathroom replacements and Electrical works programme. We appointed the same Management Team working on Enfield’s Aids and Adaptions programme to oversee this new workstream.

In 2018, MTVH appointed PiLON to deliver approximately 320 kitchens and 280 bathroom replacements each year.

PiLON were proud to be awarded the Planned Building Works contract with The University of Surrey in 2019. The exceptionally large, multi-site campus demanded a multitude of contractors and specialist sub-contractors,

This contract is for Electrical Inspection Condition Reports along with C1 and C2 remedial works for Clarion Housing. Our exceptional success on this project is evident through the increase of the scope of work by 500%.

We began work on this Specialist Disrepair contract in January 2020 and have completed works on over 100 properties throughout Peabody’s London stock including flats, high rise blocks, houses and bungalows.
