PiLON believe that the best way to assess our success is through the satisfaction feedback that we receive from the residents in the communities we serve. We believe that community regeneration is about much more than ‘bricks and mortar’, our presence in communities can be a catalyst for change and an opportunity to improve community resilience, improving the lives of its residents.

Much of this is down to good communication. We make sure that we take time to listen to the specific needs of the individual neighbourhoods and communities, we explain every step of the journey to them, encouraging them to get involved right from the off, this starts in the planning and continues all the way through the delivery of our services, helping to shape and build sustainable communities for all.
