PiLON Ltd. are delighted to be in partnership with Optivo on an exciting project, refurbishing the kitchens and bathrooms of their London and Surrey residents.
Last Wednesday, we held a drop-in session providing residents the opportunity to ask any questions they may have about the work, whilst also providing them with the chance to view a display of the kitchen and bathroom samples on offer.
PiLON’s Project Manager of the contract, Costel Filipescu, as well as Assistant Site Managers, Gabi Craciunescu and Catalin Coromelcea, were joined by Optivo’s Project Surveyor, Martin Wickers, at the drop-in session to provide residents with a wide-range of information about the upcoming work.
Also attending the event was Customer Engagement Manager Izzy Barton and Resident Liaison Officer’s, Anique Pierre and Michael Sobers, offering the residents the opportunity to meet their first point of contact face to face, addressing any queries or problems they may have prior to the work commencing. This also presents the residents with the chance to share any personal needs or requirements, if they haven’t already, ensuring the best possible service at the best possible comfort.
Anique and Michael offered demonstrations of PiLON’s online customer portal via our provided tablets, allowing residents to understand how the bespoke software operates and can help assist throughout the restoration of their property.
