We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, reliable and experienced Project Manager with great communication, common sense and customer service skills.

Main Objectives of the role:

  • To ensure that the residents experience a class-leading experience of PiLON to the point where they will recommend our services.
  • Be an ambassador for community engagement and social value within the realms of the role and contract.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the site team to deliver the required services in line with the contract requirements following company policy and procedures.
  • Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of construction project
  • Ensuring the safety of construction sites by making safety inspections and enforcing safety guidelines and protocols
  • Working cooperatively and liaising with clients and/or potential stakeholders and updating them on progress
  • Ensuring that contractors and staff/workers are motivated and focused
  • Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports and other necessary documents.
  • Using specialist project management computer programs

Must-haves and skills required:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle that can be driven for work purposes
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Problem-solving skills, to allow you to deal with complaints and challenges in a calm and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Timekeeping and reliability
  • Prioritisation skills and flexibility are required in order to meet commitments and deadlines
  • Organised and excellent administration skills

  • Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme [SSSTS]
  • Asbestos Awareness Training
  • First Aid qualification
  • Health & Safety Awareness
