In a recent staff survey we were pleased to learn that 88% of staff said they were happy or very happy with the training opportunities at PiLON.

Over ten years ago we launched the award winning PiLON Management Academy to nurture talent, embracing a philosophy that recognises that many of our most successful and talented people have and continue to be grown from within.
