Technology and innovation are two of PiLON’s principal interests, which is why the ‘PiLON Customer Portal’ was developed to assist in the resident’s experience and involvement in housing refurbishments. Technology is evolving in every field, and our innovative platform of this user-friendly interface allows for each resident to interact with our site team in real-time without delay or complications. The ‘PiLON Customer Portal’ also includes several other interactive features, including the ability to witness the social value activity within their area; local employment opportunities; DIY videos and even design and colour templates for their future home.

While our scope of repairs and maintenance varies from each project and partnership we operate under, our utilisation of the ‘PiLON Customer Portal’ has become an important tool in allowing each resident to have a bespoke, personal journey catered to their needs. Not only does this aid the refurbishment process but, most importantly, it allows for the residents to feel part of the process from beginning to end.
